Ingredients:

1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Bold 'n Spicy Deli® Mustard 75 mL
3 tbsp mayonnaise 45 mL
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves 2 mL
4 Italian-style rolls, sliced lengthwise in half 4
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (6 oz/170 mL) 1
1/4 cup pitted cured olives, chopped 50 mL
1/4 cup roasted red peppers, drained and sliced 50 mL
3/4 lb sliced deli meats and cheese (Salami, ham, provolone cheese) 375 g
1 cup spinach leaves, washed 250 mL


Directions:
1. Combine mustard, mayonnaise and oregano. Spread evenly on cut surface of rolls.

2. Layer remaining ingredients on bottom of rolls, dividing evenly. Cover with top half of rolls, pressing firmly. Wrap sandwiches in foil.

3. Bake at 400 °F (200 °C) for 10 minutes or until hot and cheese has melted.

Tip:
Create Hot Antipasto Party Subs by layering ingredients on small crusty rolls.
