Hot Antipasto Subs Recipe

Ingredients:

FRENCH'S® Bold 'n Spicy Deli® Mustard |

mayonnaise |

| 1/2 tsp |
dried oregano leaves |

Italian-style rolls, sliced lengthwise in half |

jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (6 oz/170 mL) |

pitted cured olives, chopped |

| 1/4 cup |
roasted red peppers, drained and sliced |

| 3/4 lb |
sliced deli meats and cheese (Salami, ham, provolone cheese) |

| 1 cup |
spinach leaves, washed |
250 mL |
Directions:
1. Combine mustard, mayonnaise and oregano. Spread evenly on cut surface of rolls.
2. Layer remaining ingredients on bottom of rolls, dividing evenly. Cover with top half of rolls, pressing firmly. Wrap sandwiches in foil.
3. Bake at 400 °F (200 °C) for 10 minutes or until hot and cheese has melted.
Tip: Create Hot Antipasto Party Subs by layering ingredients on small crusty rolls. |
