Ingredients:

FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions (1 (79 g) can) |
325 mL |
| 1 lb |
boneless, skinless chicken fingers |
500 g |
| 1/4 cup |
FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard |
50 mL |

egg, beaten |

Directions:
1. Place FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions in plastic bag. Crush with hands, a rolling pin or meat mallet to make coarse crumbs.
2. Dip chicken into beaten egg then coat with onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on foil-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with additional crumbs, if desired.
3. Bake at 400°F (180°C) for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in centre.
Tips:
1. If pre-cut chicken fingers are not available, substitute boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) wide strips.
2. Substitute breadcrumbs for FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions. |
