4 boneless pork chops, 1-1/2 inches thick (about 2 lbs.) ,(about 1 ½ lbs./750 g)
250 mL apple cider ,or juice
50 mL FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard or Honey Dijon Mustard
30 mL finely minced red onion or shallots
15 mL dry bread crumbs
5 mL Brown sugar
0.50 mL dried thyme leaves
HEAT 1 tbsp. (15 mL) oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook pork about 10 min. until lightly browned and no longer pink in center, turning once. Remove and set aside.
STIR in cider, mustard, shallots, bread crumbs, sugar and thyme. Simmer 2 min. until slightly thickened.
ADD chops to skillet. Heat through.
