Lime Chicken With Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

75 mL FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard, divided
60 mL thawed limeade concentrate ,divided
5 mL ground cumin
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
375 mL chopped fresh pineapple
0.50 large red bell pepper, chopped
45 mL chopped cilantro

Directions

MIX 3 tbsp. (45 mL) mustard, 3 tbsp. (45 mL) limeade concentrate and cumin in plastic food storage bag. Add chicken; seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours.
STIR together pineapple, bell pepper, cilantro and remaining 2 tbsp. (30 mL) mustard and 1 tbsp. (15 mL) limeade concentrate in medium bowl.
GRILL chicken over medium heat until no longer pink in center. Serve with salsa.
