500 g small red potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
50 mL FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard or FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard
45 mL Olive oil
45 mL minced fresh dill
45 mL Lemon juice
15 mL grated lemon peel
0.50 mL pepper
500 g asparagus,washed and trimmed
PLACE potatoes and ¼ cup (50 mL) water in shallow microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on HIGH (100%) 8 min. or until potatoes are crisp-tender, turning once. Drain.
MIX mustard, oil, dill, lemon juice, lemon peel, and pepper in small bowl. Brush mixture on potatoes and asparagus.
PLACE vegetables in grilling basket. Grill over medium-high heat 8 min. or until potatoes and asparagus are fork-tender, turning and basting often with mustard mixture.
