50 mL FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard
50 mL orange juice
45 mL cider vinegar
30 mL Brown sugar
5 mL grated orange zest
125 mL Olive oil
1 salt and pepper to taste
WHISK together juice, vinegar, mustard, sugar and orance zest in small bowl.
ADD oil slowly, whisking until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
SERVE over salad greens. Garnish with fresh fruit and sliced almonds, if desired.
Replace cider vinegar with white balsamic or wine vinegar.
