750 mL prepared hot mashed potatoes
250 mL sour cream
60 mL milk
1 mL garlic powder
325 mL FRENCH'S™ Crunchy Onions
250 mL shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
MIX mashed potatoes, sour cream, milk and garlic powder.
SPOON half the mixture into 2-qt (2 L) casserole. Sprinkle with 2/3 cup (150 mL) Crunchy Onions and 1/2 cup (125 mL) cheese. Top with remaining potato mixture.
BAKE at 350° F (180° C) for 30 minutes or until hot. Top with remaining Crunchy Onions and cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until onions are golden.
Prepare instant mashed potatoes for 6 servings.
