500 mL FRENCH'S™ Crunchy Onions
50 mL mayonnaise
50 mL grated Parmesan cheese
500 g boneless chicken tenders
CRUSH French's Crunchy Onions in plastic bag with hands or rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper.
COMBINE mayonnaise and cheese. Brush mixture on chicken. Dip into Crunchy Onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on parchment-lined baking sheet.
BAKE at 400° F (200° C) for 15 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
If chicken tenders are not available, substitute boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) wide strips.
