175 mL cherry jam
50 mL FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
30 mL Water
15 mL FRENCH'S Worcestershire Sauce
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste (6 oz/180 g each)
15 mL Olive oil
MIX jam, mustard, water and Worchestershire in measuring cup; set aside.
COOK chicken in hot oil in nonstick skillet until browned on both sides, about 15 minutes.
STIR mustard mixture into skillet. Simmer over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.
Replace cherry jam with apricot jam.
