150 mL FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard
125 mL Water
50 mL reduced sodium teriyaki sauce
30 mL Honey
30 mL grated peeled ginger
5 mL minced garlic
1 med yellow bell pepper
500 g boneless sirloin
2 mL mixed salad greens, washed and torn
2 green onions, thinly shredded
50 mL dry roasted peanuts
COMBINE mustard, water, teriyaki sauce, honey, ginger and garlic in small bowl. Pour 1 cup (250 mL) dressing into small serving bowl.
BROIL or grill steak 10 min. or until desired doneness, basting with remaining 1/2 cup (125 mL) dressing. Let stand 5 min.
SLICE steak. Serve over salad greens. Top with bell pepper, green onions and peanuts. Drizzle with reserved dressing.
Mandarin oranges are a festive addition.
