Zesty Grilled London Broil Salad
Ingredients:
| 1 cup | reduced-fat vinaigrette salad dressing | 250 mL |
| ½ cup | FRENCH'S®Horseradish Mustard or Bold 'n Spicy Deli® Mustard | 125 mL |
| ¼ cup | minced red onion | 50 mL |
| 2 lb | boneless top round or sirloin steak | 1 kg |
| 8 cup | cut-up assorted lettuce leaves | 2 L |
| 1 | bell pepper, sliced | 1 |
Directions:
MIX salad dressing, mustard and onion. Reserve 1 cup (250 mL) for dressing.
GRILL or broil steak 15 min. for medium-rare, basting with remaining dressing.
SLICE steak and serve over lettuce with bell pepper. Drizzle with reserved dressing.
