Zesty Grilled London Broil Salad

Ingredients:

1 cup reduced-fat vinaigrette salad dressing 250 mL
½ cup FRENCH'S®Horseradish Mustard or Bold 'n Spicy Deli® Mustard 125 mL
¼ cup minced red onion 50 mL
2 lb boneless top round or sirloin steak 1 kg
8 cup cut-up assorted lettuce leaves 2 L
1 bell pepper, sliced 1

Directions:

MIX salad dressing, mustard and onion. Reserve 1 cup (250 mL) for dressing.

GRILL or broil steak 15 min. for medium-rare, basting with remaining dressing.

SLICE steak and serve over lettuce with bell pepper. Drizzle with reserved dressing.
