Zesty Dijon Pasta & Veggie Salad

Ingredients:

1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard 75 mL
8 oz uncooked rotelli pasta 250 g
2/3 cup creamy Italian salad dressing 150 mL
3 cup cut-up vegetables (broccoli, red bell peppers, celery, carrot sticks) 750 mL
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

COOK pasta accoding to package directions using shortest cooking time. Rinse with cold water; drain well.

MIX salad dressing and mustard in large bowl. Add pasta and vegetables; toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

COVER; chill until serving.

Tips:

Substitute rotini or fusilli pasta for rotelli.

Use your favourite creamy salad dressing. Ranch dressing is great.
