Zesty Dijon Pasta & Veggie Salad
Ingredients:
| 1/3 cup | FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard | 75 mL |
| 8 oz | uncooked rotelli pasta | 250 g |
| 2/3 cup | creamy Italian salad dressing | 150 mL |
| 3 cup | cut-up vegetables (broccoli, red bell peppers, celery, carrot sticks) | 750 mL |
| Salt & pepper to taste |
Directions:
COOK pasta accoding to package directions using shortest cooking time. Rinse with cold water; drain well.
MIX salad dressing and mustard in large bowl. Add pasta and vegetables; toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
COVER; chill until serving.
Tips:
Substitute rotini or fusilli pasta for rotelli.
Use your favourite creamy salad dressing. Ranch dressing is great.
