Zesty Chili
Ingredients:
| 2 lb | ground beef | 1 kg |
| 1 | large onion, chopped | 1 |
| 1 | crushed tomatoes (28 oz/796 mL) | 1 |
| 1 | red kidney beans, rinsed and drained (19 oz/540 mL) | 1 |
| 1/2 cup | Worcestershire sauce | 125 mL |
| 1/4 cup | FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard | 50 mL |
| 1/4 cup | ground chili powder | 50 mL |
| 2 tbsp | ground cumin | 30 mL |
Directions:
BROWN beef in large nonstick pot. Add onion; cook 3 minutes.
STIR in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Simmer, partially covered, 15 minutes until heated through and flavours are blended, stirring often.
Tips:
This can be made a few days in advance. It also freezes well.
