Zesty Chili

Ingredients:

2 lb ground beef 1 kg
1 large onion, chopped 1
1 crushed tomatoes (28 oz/796 mL) 1
1 red kidney beans, rinsed and drained (19 oz/540 mL) 1
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce 125 mL
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard 50 mL
1/4 cup ground chili powder 50 mL
2 tbsp ground cumin 30 mL

Directions:

BROWN beef in large nonstick pot. Add onion; cook 3 minutes.

STIR in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Simmer, partially covered, 15 minutes until heated through and flavours are blended, stirring often.

Tips:

This can be made a few days in advance. It also freezes well.
