Sweet & Tangy Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
| ½ cup | light sour cream | 125 mL |
| ¼ cup | FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard or Honey Mustard | 50 mL |
| ¼ cup | chopped chutney or apricot jam | 50 mL |
| ¾ tsp | Jerk seasoning | 3 mL |
| ¼ tsp | salt | 1 mL |
| 3 cup | cubed, cooked chicken | 750 mL |
| 1 med | apple, thinly sliced | 1 med |
| 2 med | green onions, chopped | 2 med |
Directions:
BLEND sour cream, mustard, chutney and spices in large bowl.
STIR in chicken, apple and green onions. Cover and chill.
SERVE over salad greens or on whole wheat rolls.
Tips:
To cook chicken, place boneless skinless chicken breasts on microwave-safe plate; cover. Microwave on HIGH for 7 to 10 min. until chicken is cooked through. Cool.
