Skillet Pork With Apple Cider Sauce

Ingredients:

4 thick UNKNOWN boneless pork chops (about 1 ½ lbs./750 g) 4 UNKNOWN
1 cup apple cider or juice 250 mL
¼ cup FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard or Honey Dijon Mustard 50 mL
2 tbsp finely minced red onion or shallots 30 mL
1 tbsp dried bread crumbs 15 mL
1 tsp brown sugar 5 mL
1/8 tsp dried thyme leaves .5 mL

Directions:

HEAT 1 tbsp. (15 mL) oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook pork about 10 min. until lightly browned and no longer pink in center, turning once. Remove and set aside.

STIR in cider, mustard, shallots, bread crumbs, sugar and thyme. Simmer 2 min. until slightly thickened.

ADD chops to skillet. Heat through.
