Shrimp & Veggie Wraps
Ingredients:
| 2 to 3 tbsp | FRENCH'S® Bold 'n Spicy Deli® Mustard | 30 to 45 mL |
| ½ cup | light herb cheese spread, softened | 125 mL |
| 4 | whole wheat tortillas, heated (8 inch/20 cm) | 4 |
| 1 cup | watercress, washed and large stems removed | 250 mL |
| ¾ lb | cooked large shelled shrimp, tails removed | 350 g |
| 1 | small yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced | 1 |
| ¾ cup | shredded carrot | 175 mL |
Directions:
BLEND together cheese spread and mustard. Spread on tortillas, leaving a 1-inch/2.5 cm border.
ARRANGE watercress, shrimp, pepper and carrot in center of each tortilla, dividing evenly.
ROLL up tortillas tightly. Secure with toothpicks. Cut in half to serve.
