Shrimp & Veggie Wraps

Ingredients:

2 to 3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Bold 'n Spicy Deli® Mustard 30 to 45 mL
½ cup light herb cheese spread, softened 125 mL
4 whole wheat tortillas, heated (8 inch/20 cm) 4
1 cup watercress, washed and large stems removed 250 mL
¾ lb cooked large shelled shrimp, tails removed 350 g
1 small yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced 1
¾ cup shredded carrot 175 mL

Directions:

BLEND together cheese spread and mustard. Spread on tortillas, leaving a 1-inch/2.5 cm border.

ARRANGE watercress, shrimp, pepper and carrot in center of each tortilla, dividing evenly.

ROLL up tortillas tightly. Secure with toothpicks. Cut in half to serve.
