Savory Grilled Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients:
| 1/3 cup | FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard | 75 mL |
| 4 med | sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into ½-inch/1 cm thick slices | 4 med |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil | 30 mL |
| 1 tbsp | minced fresh rosemary | 15 mL |
| ½ tsp | salt | 2 mL |
| ¼ tsp | pepper | 1 mL |
Directions:
PLACE potatoes and 1 cup (250 mL) water in shallow microwave-safe dish. Microwave, covered, 6 min. on HIGH (100%) until potatoes are crisp-tender, turning once. Drain well. (Cook potatoes in two batches, if necessary.)
MIX mustard, oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Brush on potato slices.
GRILL potatoes on greased rack over medium-high heat for 5 min. or until potatoes are fork-tender, turning and basting often with mustard mixture.
