Savory Glazed Pork Chops
Ingredients:
| 1/3 cup | FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard | 75 mL |
| 4 | rib pork chops, 1-inch (2.5 cm) thick | 4 |
| ¼ cup | honey | 50 mL |
| 1 tsp | thyme leaves | 5 mL |
Directions:
HEAT electric grill pan for 5 min. Coat with vegetable cooking spray. Season chops with salt and pepper to taste.
MIX remaining ingredients. Pour half the glaze into a serving dish. Brush remaining glaze on chops.
COOK chops 5 to 7 min. until no longer pink in center. Serve reserved glaze on the side for dipping.
If desired, substitute boneless pork chops or chicken breast for the bone-in chops.
