Saucy Pork Chops & Apples
Ingredients:
| 4 | boneless pork chops (½ inch/1 cm thick) | 4 |
| ¾ cup | apple juice | 175 mL |
| 1/3 cup | FRENCH'S® Horseradish Mustard or FRENCH'S® Bold 'n Deli® Mustard | 75 mL |
| ¼ cup | brown sugar | 50 mL |
| 2 tsp | cornstarch | 10 mL |
| 1 | apple, cubed | 1 |
Directions:
HEAT 1 tbsp. oil (15 ml) in nonstick skillet. Cook chops 10 min. until browned on both sides.
MIX juice, mustard, sugar and cornstarch. Pour into skillet and add apple.
SIMMER 5 min. until chops are done and sauce thickens.
