Saucy Pork Chops & Apples

Ingredients:

4 boneless pork chops (½ inch/1 cm thick) 4
¾ cup apple juice 175 mL
1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Horseradish Mustard or FRENCH'S® Bold 'n Deli® Mustard 75 mL
¼ cup brown sugar 50 mL
2 tsp cornstarch 10 mL
1 apple, cubed 1

Directions:

HEAT 1 tbsp. oil (15 ml) in nonstick skillet. Cook chops 10 min. until browned on both sides.

MIX juice, mustard, sugar and cornstarch. Pour into skillet and add apple.

SIMMER 5 min. until chops are done and sauce thickens.
