Saucy Baked Beans & Pork Chops
Ingredients:
| 2 | 16 oz. (455 mL) cans baked beans | 2 |
| 1/2 cup | ea. chopped onion and green bell pepper | 125 mL |
| ¼ cup | FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard or Sweet Onion Mustard | 50 mL |
| ¼ cup | packed light brown sugar | 50 mL |
| 3 tbsp | Worcestershire sauce | 45 mL |
| 4 | thick boneless pork chps | 4 |
Directions:
HEAT oven to 400°F (200°C). Combine all ingredients except pork chops in 3-quart (3 L) shallow baking dish; mix well.
BROWN pork chops about 5 min. per side in nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray. Arrange chops in bean mixture, turning once to coat.
BAKE, uncovered, 25 min. or until pork is no longer pink in center. Stir beans around chops once during baking. Serve with green beans or mashed potatoes, if desired.
