Mustard Marinated Steaks
Ingredients:
| 1/3 cup | olive oil | 75 mL |
| 1/4 cup | cider or wine vinegar | 50 mL |
| 1/4 cup | FRENCH's® Classic Yellow® Mustard | 50 mL |
| 1/4 cup | chopped green onion | 50 mL |
| 2 clove | garlic, minced | 2 clove |
| Freshly ground pepper to taste | ||
| 4 | beef steaks, 1" (2.5 cm) thick | 4 |
Directions:
1. COMBINE oil, vinegar, mustard, onion, garlic and pepper.
2. PLACE steaks in a plastic bag and set in a shallow pan. Add marinade; mix thoroughly. Let stand at room temperature 15 to 30 minutes, turning bag once.
3. REMOVE steaks from marinade. Grill or broil on medium heat to desired doneness, turning once. (13 to 16 minutes for medium rare; 17 to 20 minutes for medium doneness.)
Tips:
Striploin, rib, tenderloin, rib eye and sirloin steaks all will be delicious.
