Lime Chicken With Pineapple Salsa
Ingredients:
| 5 tbsp | FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard, divided | 75 mL |
| 4 tbsp | thawed frozen limeade concentrate, divided | 60 mL |
| 1 tsp | ground cumin | 5 mL |
| 4 | boneless skinless chicken breasts | 4 |
| 1 ½ cup | chopped fresh pineapple | 375 mL |
| 1/2 | large red bell pepper, chopped | ½ |
| 3 tbsp | chopped cilantro | 45 mL |
Directions:
MIX 3 tbsp. (45 mL) mustard, 3 tbsp. (45 mL) limeade concentrate and cumin in plastic food storage bag. Add chicken; seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours.
STIR together pineapple, bell pepper, cilantro and remaining 2 tbsp. (30 mL) mustard and 1 tbsp. (15 mL) limeade concentrate in medium bowl.
GRILL chicken over medium heat until no longer pink in center. Serve with salsa.
