Lime Chicken With Pineapple Salsa

MARINATE TIME 1 hour

Ingredients:

5 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard, divided 75 mL
4 tbsp thawed frozen limeade concentrate, divided 60 mL
1 tsp ground cumin 5 mL
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 4
1 ½ cup chopped fresh pineapple 375 mL
1/2 large red bell pepper, chopped ½
3 tbsp chopped cilantro 45 mL

Directions:

MIX 3 tbsp. (45 mL) mustard, 3 tbsp. (45 mL) limeade concentrate and cumin in plastic food storage bag. Add chicken; seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours.

STIR together pineapple, bell pepper, cilantro and remaining 2 tbsp. (30 mL) mustard and 1 tbsp. (15 mL) limeade concentrate in medium bowl.

GRILL chicken over medium heat until no longer pink in center. Serve with salsa.
