Indian Chick Pea Dip

SERVINGS 2 cups/500 mL
PREP TIME

Ingredients:

¼ cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard 50 mL
2 cup reduced sodium chick peas, rinsed and drained 500 mL
½ cup light sour cream 125 mL
¼ cup chutney or apricot jam, chopped 50 mL
2 tsp curry powder 10 mL
¼ tsp salt 1 mL
¼ cup chopped cilantro 50 mL

Directions:

BLEND beans, sour cream, jam, mustard, curry powder and salt in food processor until smooth.

STIR in cilantro. Spoon into serving bowl.

SERVE with crackers or cut-up vegetables.
