Hot & Saucy Chicken Sandwiches
Ingredients:
| ¼ cup | FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard | 50 mL |
| ½ cup | mayonnaise | 125 mL |
| 2 tbsp | honey | 30 mL |
| 4 cup | shredded, cooked chicken | 1 L |
| 6 | large Kaiser rolls, split in half | 6 |
| 3 cup | prepared coleslaw | 750 mL |
Directions:
MIX mayonnaise, mustard and honey in large saucepan. Stir in chicken; heat until warm.
SPOON chicken mixture on bottom half of rolls, dividing evenly. Top each portion with ½ cup (125 mL) coleslaw. Cover with top of rolls.
HEAT filled sandwiches in 350°F (180°C) oven for 5 min. until heated through. Cut in half to serve.
Tips:
Purchase rotisserie chicken.
