Grilled Steak With Creamy Horseradish Mustard Sauce
Ingredients:
| 2 | 8 oz. (250 g) boneless beef loin steaks, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste | 2 |
| ½ cup | heavy cream or half 'n' half | 125 mL |
| ¼ cup | FRENCH'S® Horseradish Mustard or FRENCH'S® Bold 'n Spicy Deli® Mustard | 50 mL |
| 1 tbsp. | minced parsley | 15 mL |
| 1 tbsp. | minced chives | 15 mL |
Directions:
GRILL steaks over high heat about 7 min. per side for medium rare or until desired doneness. Transfer to platter; keep warm.
WHISK remaining ingredients into small skillet. Simmer 2 to 3 min. until sauce thickens slightly. Stir any juices from steak into sauce.
SLICE steak and serve with sauce.
