Grilled Steak With Creamy Horseradish Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:

2 8 oz. (250 g) boneless beef loin steaks, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste 2
½ cup heavy cream or half 'n' half 125 mL
¼ cup FRENCH'S® Horseradish Mustard or FRENCH'S® Bold 'n Spicy Deli® Mustard 50 mL
1 tbsp. minced parsley 15 mL
1 tbsp. minced chives 15 mL

Directions:

GRILL steaks over high heat about 7 min. per side for medium rare or until desired doneness. Transfer to platter; keep warm.

WHISK remaining ingredients into small skillet. Simmer 2 to 3 min. until sauce thickens slightly. Stir any juices from steak into sauce.

SLICE steak and serve with sauce.
