Grilled Salmon With Cajun Tartar Sauce

Ingredients:

3 tbsp FRANK'S® REDHOT® Cayenne Pepper Sauce 45 mL
2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard 30 mL
1 cup mayonnaise 250 mL
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish 30 mL
1 tbsp minced capers 15 mL
1 tsp Cajun seasoning blend 5 mL
6 salmon fillet 6
to taste salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

PREPARE Cajun Tartar Sauce: combine mayonnaise, Frank's RedHot sauce, mustard, pickle relish, capers and seasoning in medium bowl. Cover and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.

COAT an electric grill pan with nonstick cooking spray and heat for 5 min. Season fish with salt and pepper. Place fish on grill and cook 3 to 4 min. or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Serve fish with Cajun Tartar Sauce.

Tips:

Serve sauce with other seafood such as grilled shrimp, tuna steaks, or fried fish sticks.
