Grilled Salmon With Cajun Tartar Sauce
Ingredients:
| 3 tbsp | FRANK'S® REDHOT® Cayenne Pepper Sauce | 45 mL |
| 2 tbsp | FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard | 30 mL |
| 1 cup | mayonnaise | 250 mL |
| 2 tbsp | sweet pickle relish | 30 mL |
| 1 tbsp | minced capers | 15 mL |
| 1 tsp | Cajun seasoning blend | 5 mL |
| 6 | salmon fillet | 6 |
| to taste | salt and pepper | to taste |
Directions:
PREPARE Cajun Tartar Sauce: combine mayonnaise, Frank's RedHot sauce, mustard, pickle relish, capers and seasoning in medium bowl. Cover and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
COAT an electric grill pan with nonstick cooking spray and heat for 5 min. Season fish with salt and pepper. Place fish on grill and cook 3 to 4 min. or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Serve fish with Cajun Tartar Sauce.
Tips:
Serve sauce with other seafood such as grilled shrimp, tuna steaks, or fried fish sticks.
