Grilled Quesadilla Snacks
Ingredients:
| 1 ½ cup | shredded Monterey Jack cheese | 375 mL |
| 1/2 | red or yellow bell pepper, chopped | 1/2 UNKNOWN |
| 4 oz | sliced smoked ham or turkey, cut into thin strips | 125 g |
| ¼ cup | finely chopped green onion | 50 mL |
| 1/3 cup | FRENCH'S® Bold 'n Spicy Deli® Mustard or FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard | 75 mL |
| 2 tsp | ground cumin | 10 mL |
| 10 | small flour tortillas | 10 |
Directions:
TOSS cheese, bell pepper, ham and onion in medium bowl. Mix mustard and cumin in small bowl.
PLACE tortillas on work surface. Spread about 1 tsp. (5 mL) mustard mixture on each tortilla. Top 5 of the tortillas with cheese mixture, dividing evenly. Cover each with second tortilla, spread side down, to form a quesadilla.
COOK quesadillas on greased electric grill pan or barbeque grill for 2 min. until cheese melts. Cut into quarters. Serve with salsa and cilantro if desired.
