Grilled Quesadilla Snacks

Ingredients:

1 ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese 375 mL
1/2 red or yellow bell pepper, chopped 1/2 UNKNOWN
4 oz sliced smoked ham or turkey, cut into thin strips 125 g
¼ cup finely chopped green onion 50 mL
1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Bold 'n Spicy Deli® Mustard or FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard 75 mL
2 tsp ground cumin 10 mL
10 small flour tortillas 10

Directions:

TOSS cheese, bell pepper, ham and onion in medium bowl. Mix mustard and cumin in small bowl.

PLACE tortillas on work surface. Spread about 1 tsp. (5 mL) mustard mixture on each tortilla. Top 5 of the tortillas with cheese mixture, dividing evenly. Cover each with second tortilla, spread side down, to form a quesadilla.

COOK quesadillas on greased electric grill pan or barbeque grill for 2 min. until cheese melts. Cut into quarters. Serve with salsa and cilantro if desired.
