Grilled Asparagus And New Potatoes
Ingredients:
| 1 lb | small red potatoes, scrubbed and quartered | 500 g |
| ¼ cup | FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard or FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard | 50 mL |
| 3 tbsp | olive oil | 45 mL |
| 3 tbsp | minced fresh dill | 45 mL |
| 3 tbsp | lemon juice | 45 mL |
| 1 tbsp | grated lemon peel | 15 mL |
| 1/8 tsp | pepper | .5 mL |
| 1 lb | asparagus, washed and trimmed | 500 g |
Directions:
PLACE potatoes and ¼ cup (50 mL) water in shallow microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on HIGH (100%) 8 min. or until potatoes are crisp-tender, turning once. Drain.
MIX mustard, oil, dill, lemon juice, lemon peel, and pepper in small bowl. Brush mixture on potatoes and asparagus.
PLACE vegetables in grilling basket. Grill over medium-high heat 8 min. or until potatoes and asparagus are fork-tender, turning and basting often with mustard mixture.
