Grilled Asparagus And New Potatoes

Ingredients:

1 lb small red potatoes, scrubbed and quartered 500 g
¼ cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard or FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard 50 mL
3 tbsp olive oil 45 mL
3 tbsp minced fresh dill 45 mL
3 tbsp lemon juice 45 mL
1 tbsp grated lemon peel 15 mL
1/8 tsp pepper .5 mL
1 lb asparagus, washed and trimmed 500 g

Directions:

PLACE potatoes and ¼ cup (50 mL) water in shallow microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on HIGH (100%) 8 min. or until potatoes are crisp-tender, turning once. Drain.

MIX mustard, oil, dill, lemon juice, lemon peel, and pepper in small bowl. Brush mixture on potatoes and asparagus.

PLACE vegetables in grilling basket. Grill over medium-high heat 8 min. or until potatoes and asparagus are fork-tender, turning and basting often with mustard mixture.
