Golden Potato Salad
Ingredients:
| 2 lb | red potatoes, cubed | 1 kg |
| 1/3 cup | FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard | 75 mL |
| 1/3 cup | mayonnaise | 75 mL |
| 1/3 cup | sour cream | 75 mL |
| 2 | hard cooked eggs, peeled and chopped | 2 |
| 1/2 cup | diced celery | 125 mL |
| 2 tbsp | diced red onion | 30 mL |
| 2 tbsp | finely chopped fresh parsley | 30 mL |
| to taste | Salt and pepper | to taste |
Directions:
COOK potatoes in boiling salted water about 10 minutes until tender; drain and cool.
PLACE potatoes in bowl with remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Chill.
Tips:
White potatoes will work well too.
