Golden Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:

½ cup FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard 125 mL
1 lb boneless skinless chicken, cut into 1 ½-inch/4 cm pieces 500 g
1¼ cup cornflake crumbs or bread crumbs 300 mL
Vegetable cooking spray

Directions:

HEAT oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss chicken with mustard in medium bowl.

PLACE cornflake crumbs into resealable plastic food storage bag. Add chicken, a few pieces at a time, and toss until well coated.

PLACE nuggets in shallow baking pan. Lightly coat with vegetable cooking spray. Bake 15 min. or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Serve with additional mustard.
