French's® Crunchy Onion Chicken
Ingredients:
| 1 | FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions | 79 g |
| 2 tbsp | flour | 30 mL |
| 3 | small boneless skinless chicken breast halves | 3 |
| 1 | egg, beaten | 1 |
Directions:
CRUSH French Fried Onions with flour in plastic bag.
DIP chicken into egg. Coat in onion crumbs. Press firmly to adhere.
BAKE at 400°F (200°C) for 20 min. until no longer pink in center.
Tips:
This recipe may easily be doubled for large families.
