French's Classic Meatloaf

Ingredients:

1 lb lean ground beef 500 g
5 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard, divided 75 mL
2 tbsp honey barbeque sauce 30 mL
1 egg, beaten 1
1/4 cup milk 50 mL
1/4 cup finely chopped onion 50 mL
1/3 cup dried Italian bread crumbs 75 mL
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley 30 mL

Directions:

PLACE meat in large bowl. Mix 2 tbsp (30 mL) mustard with barbeque sauce; set aside for glaze.

ADD remaining 3 tbsp (45 mL) mustard and remaining ingredients to meat in bowl. Gently mix until combined. Shape into small loaf in greased baking dish.

BAKE at 350° F (180° C) for 50 minutes. Spread remaining glaze over meat. Bake 5 minutes longer.

Tips:

If there is leftovers, cold meatloaf sandwiches are fantastic.
