French's Classic Meatloaf
Ingredients:
| 1 lb | lean ground beef | 500 g |
| 5 tbsp | FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard, divided | 75 mL |
| 2 tbsp | honey barbeque sauce | 30 mL |
| 1 | egg, beaten | 1 |
| 1/4 cup | milk | 50 mL |
| 1/4 cup | finely chopped onion | 50 mL |
| 1/3 cup | dried Italian bread crumbs | 75 mL |
| 2 tbsp | finely chopped fresh parsley | 30 mL |
Directions:
PLACE meat in large bowl. Mix 2 tbsp (30 mL) mustard with barbeque sauce; set aside for glaze.
ADD remaining 3 tbsp (45 mL) mustard and remaining ingredients to meat in bowl. Gently mix until combined. Shape into small loaf in greased baking dish.
BAKE at 350° F (180° C) for 50 minutes. Spread remaining glaze over meat. Bake 5 minutes longer.
Tips:
If there is leftovers, cold meatloaf sandwiches are fantastic.
