French's® Party Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
| 12 | large eggs, hard-cooked, halved | 12 |
| 1/3 cup | sour cream | 75 mL |
| 2 tbsp | FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard | 30 mL |
| 1/2 tsp | salt | 2 mL |
Directions:
REMOVE yolks from whites and place in bowl.
MASH yolks and blend in sour cream, mustard and salt.
SPOON yolk mixture into egg white halves. Arrange on lettuce-lined platter if desired.
CHILL, covered. Sprinkle with paprika or finely chopped parsley or chives, if desired.
Tips:
For a fancy presentation, pipe egg yolk mixture through a piping bag.
