Edamame-Avocado Dip

Ingredients:

3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Bold 'n Spicy Deli® Mustard 45 mL
1 ½ cup frozen shelled edamame or frozen peas 375 mL
1 med Haas avocado, peeled and pitted 1
1/3 cup light sour cream 75 mL
2 med green onions, chopped 2
3 tbsp lime juice 45 mL
2 tbsp prepared salsa 30 mL
1 tsp minced garlic 5 mL
¼ tsp salt 2 mL

Directions:

COOK edamame according to package directions; drain and cool. Transfer to food processor.

CHOP edamame in processor. Add avocado, sour cream, mustard, green onion, lime juice, salsa, garlic and salt. Process until smooth.

SERVE with baked tortilla chips or veggies.
