Easy Dijon Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients:
| 1/4 cup | FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard | 50 mL |
| 1 1/2 lb | small red or Yukon gold potatoes, quartered | 2750 g |
| 1/3 cup | olive oil | 75 mL |
| 2 tsp | dried rosemary, thyme or oregano leaves | 10 mL |
| salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
PLACE potatoes in large baking dish.
MIX remaining ingredients. Drizzle over potatoes. Toss to coat.
BAKE at 425° F ( 220° C) for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring often until potatoes are tender.
