Easy Cheesy Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:

3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard 45 mL
8 oz uncooked elbow macaroni (4 cups/1 L cooked) 250 g
10 oz can condensed cheddar cheese soup 284 mL
1 1/2 cup milk 375 mL
3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese ( 12 oz/350 g), divided 750 mL
2 tbsp butter, cut into pieces 30 mL

Directions:

COOK macaroni according to package directions using shortest cooking time. Drain and place into greased 2 qt (2 L) baking dish.

MIX soup, milk and mustard. Pour over pasta and stir in 2 cups (500 mL) cheese. Top with butter.

BAKE at 350° F (180° C) for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Stir. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer until cheese melts.

Tips:

Substitute other types of shredded cheese such as Jack, Gouda or Mexican blend.
