Easy Cheesy Mac & Cheese
Ingredients:
| 3 tbsp | FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard | 45 mL |
| 8 oz | uncooked elbow macaroni (4 cups/1 L cooked) | 250 g |
| 10 oz | can condensed cheddar cheese soup | 284 mL |
| 1 1/2 cup | milk | 375 mL |
| 3 cup | shredded Cheddar cheese ( 12 oz/350 g), divided | 750 mL |
| 2 tbsp | butter, cut into pieces | 30 mL |
Directions:
COOK macaroni according to package directions using shortest cooking time. Drain and place into greased 2 qt (2 L) baking dish.
MIX soup, milk and mustard. Pour over pasta and stir in 2 cups (500 mL) cheese. Top with butter.
BAKE at 350° F (180° C) for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Stir. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer until cheese melts.
Tips:
Substitute other types of shredded cheese such as Jack, Gouda or Mexican blend.
