Crunchy Onion Chicken & Noodle Dinner

Ingredients:

1 (10 oz/284 mL) can condensed cream of chicken soup 1
1/2 cup milk 125 mL
1 1/3 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions, crushed, divided (1 (79g) can) 325 mL
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables 250 mL
2 cup cubed cooked chicken 500 mL
2 cup medium egg noodles, cooked and drained 500 mL
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided 250 mL

Directions:

STIR soup, milk, 1/2 cup (125 mL) crushed French Fried Onions, vegetables, chicken, noodles and 1/2 cup (125 mL) cheese in a 1 1/2 qt (1.5 L) baking dish.

BAKE at 400° F (200° C) for 25 minutes or until hot.

STIR. Top with remaining cheese and French Fried Onions. Bake 5 minutes longer until onions are golden.

Tips:

Replace chicken soup with cream of mushroom or celery.

Replace Cheddar cheese with Swiss cheese.
