Crunchy Onion Chicken & Noodle Dinner
Ingredients:
| 1 | (10 oz/284 mL) can condensed cream of chicken soup | 1 |
| 1/2 cup | milk | 125 mL |
| 1 1/3 cup | FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions, crushed, divided (1 (79g) can) | 325 mL |
| 1 cup | frozen mixed vegetables | 250 mL |
| 2 cup | cubed cooked chicken | 500 mL |
| 2 cup | medium egg noodles, cooked and drained | 500 mL |
| 1 cup | shredded Cheddar cheese, divided | 250 mL |
Directions:
STIR soup, milk, 1/2 cup (125 mL) crushed French Fried Onions, vegetables, chicken, noodles and 1/2 cup (125 mL) cheese in a 1 1/2 qt (1.5 L) baking dish.
BAKE at 400° F (200° C) for 25 minutes or until hot.
STIR. Top with remaining cheese and French Fried Onions. Bake 5 minutes longer until onions are golden.
Tips:
Replace chicken soup with cream of mushroom or celery.
Replace Cheddar cheese with Swiss cheese.
