Crunchy Onion & Cheese Burger
Ingredients:
| 1 1/2 lb | ground beef | 750 g |
| 2 cup | FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions (1 1/2 (79g each) cans) | 500 mL |
| 1/4 cup | FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow Mustard | 50 mL |
| 3/4 tsp | garlic powder | 3 mL |
| 6 | sliced Cheddar or Swiss cheese | 6 |
| 6 | hamburger buns, split & toasted | 6 |
| Condiments: lettuce, tomatoes, optional |
Directions:
MIX beef, 1 cup (250 mL) French Fried Onions, mustard and garlic powder. Shape into 6 burgers.
GRILL burgers about 10 minutes over medium-high heat to desired doneness.
TOP each with 1 slice of cheese. Cook 1 minute until cheese melts.
SERVE burgers on buns with lettuce and tomatoes if desired. Top each burger with remaining French Fried Onions.
