Crunchy Onion & Cheese Burger

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lb ground beef 750 g
2 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions (1 1/2 (79g each) cans) 500 mL
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow Mustard 50 mL
3/4 tsp garlic powder 3 mL
6 sliced Cheddar or Swiss cheese 6
6 hamburger buns, split & toasted 6
Condiments: lettuce, tomatoes, optional

Directions:

MIX beef, 1 cup (250 mL) French Fried Onions, mustard and garlic powder. Shape into 6 burgers.

GRILL burgers about 10 minutes over medium-high heat to desired doneness.

TOP each with 1 slice of cheese. Cook 1 minute until cheese melts.

SERVE burgers on buns with lettuce and tomatoes if desired. Top each burger with remaining French Fried Onions.
