Crispy Parmesan Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
| 2 cup | FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions, divided (1 1/2 (79 g each) cans) | 500 mL |
| 1/4 cup | mayonnaise | 50 mL |
| 1/4 cup | grated Parmesan cheese | 50 mL |
| 1 lb | boneless skinless chicken tenders | 500 g |
Directions:
CRUSH French Fried Onions in plastic bag with hands or rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper.
COMBINE mayonnaise and cheese. Brush mixture on chicken. Dip into onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on parchment-lined baking sheet.
BAKE at 400° F (200° C) for 15 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
Tips:
If chicken tenders are not available, substitute boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) wide strips.
