Classic Steak Caesar Salad
Ingredients:
| ¼ cup | FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard | 50 mL |
| 2 lb | boneless beef sirloin, top round or flank steak | 1 kg |
| 1 cup | light creamy Caesar salad dressing | 250 mL |
| ¼ cup | Worcestershire sauce | 50 mL |
| 1 tsp | grated lemon peel | 5 mL |
| 2 tbsp | lemon juice | 30 mL |
| 8 cup | romaine lettuce leaves, washed and torn | 2 L |
Directions:
MIX salad dressing, Worcestershire, mustard, lemon juice and peel in measuring cup. Transfer 1 cup (250 mL) to serving bowl; reserve.
GRILL steak 15 min. for medium-rare, basting with remaining dressing mixture. Let stand 15 min.
SLICE steak; serve with dressing over lettuce. If desired, garnish with croutons.
