Classic Steak Caesar Salad

Ingredients:

¼ cup FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard 50 mL
2 lb boneless beef sirloin, top round or flank steak 1 kg
1 cup light creamy Caesar salad dressing 250 mL
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce 50 mL
1 tsp grated lemon peel 5 mL
2 tbsp lemon juice 30 mL
8 cup romaine lettuce leaves, washed and torn 2 L

Directions:

MIX salad dressing, Worcestershire, mustard, lemon juice and peel in measuring cup. Transfer 1 cup (250 mL) to serving bowl; reserve.

GRILL steak 15 min. for medium-rare, basting with remaining dressing mixture. Let stand 15 min.

SLICE steak; serve with dressing over lettuce. If desired, garnish with croutons.
