Classic Caesar Dressing
Ingredients:
| ½ cup | FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard | 125 mL |
| ½ cup | mayonnaise | 125 mL |
| ¼ cup | grated Parmesan cheese | 50 mL |
| 1 tbsp | water | 15 mL |
| 1 tbsp | Worcestershire sauce | 15 mL |
| 1 tbsp | lemon juice | 15 mL |
| 2 tsp | anchovy paste | 10 mL |
Directions:
WHISK all ingredients together. Chill
SERVE over washed and torn Romaine lettuce. For a main dish salad, add cooked chicken or shrimp.
Variations:
Basil & Garlic: Stir in 2 tbsp. (30 mL) minced fresh basil and ½ tsp. (2 mL) minced garlic.
Mexican Caesar: Omit lemon juice. Stir in 1 tbsp. (15 mL) Frank's® RedHot® Sauce, 2 tbsp. (30 mL) minced fresh cilantro and 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) cumin.
