Cheery Cherry Chicken

Ingredients:

3/4 cup cherry jam 175 mL
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard 50 mL
2 tbsp water 30 mL
1 tbsp Worchestersire sauce 15 mL
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste (6 oz/180 g each) 4
1 tbsp olive oil 15 mL

Directions:

MIX jam, mustard, water and Worchestershire in measuring cup; set aside.

COOK chicken in hot oil in nonstick skillet until browned on both sides, about 15 minutes.

STIR mustard mixture into skillet. Simmer over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.

Tips:

Replace cherry jam with apricot jam.
