Cheery Cherry Chicken
Ingredients:
| 3/4 cup | cherry jam | 175 mL |
| 1/4 cup | FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard | 50 mL |
| 2 tbsp | water | 30 mL |
| 1 tbsp | Worchestersire sauce | 15 mL |
| 4 | boneless skinless chicken breasts, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste (6 oz/180 g each) | 4 |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil | 15 mL |
Directions:
MIX jam, mustard, water and Worchestershire in measuring cup; set aside.
COOK chicken in hot oil in nonstick skillet until browned on both sides, about 15 minutes.
STIR mustard mixture into skillet. Simmer over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.
Tips:
Replace cherry jam with apricot jam.
