Cajun Turkey Burgers With Spicy Remoulade Sauce
Ingredients:
| 1 ¼ lb | lean ground turkey | 625 g |
| 6 tbsp | FRENCH'S® Bold 'n Spicy Deli® Mustard or FRENCH'S® Horseradish Mustard, divided | 90 mL |
| 6 tbsp | chopped fresh parsley, divided | 90 mL |
| 1 ¾ tsp | salt-free spicy seasoning, divided | 8 mL |
| ¼ cup | light sour cream | 50 mL |
| 1 tbsp | drained pickle relish | 15 mL |
| 2 tsp | chopped capers | 10 mL |
| 4 | whole wheat rolls, small and split | 4 |
Directions:
MIX turkey, 4 tbsp. (60 mL) mustard, 4 tbsp. (60 mL) parsley, and 1 ½ tsp. (7 mL) spicy seasoning in large bowl. Shape into 4 patties, ½-inch (1 cm) thick.
COMBINE sour cream, remaining 2 tbsp. (30 mL) mustard and 2 tbsp. (30 mL) parsley, relish, capers and remaining ¼ tsp. (1 mL) spicy seasoning in small bowl.
GRILL burgers over medium-high heat for 12 min. or until no longer pink in center, turning once. Serve on rolls with spicy remoulade.
Tips:
If the spicy seasoning is not available , substitue ? tsp. (.5 mL) ground red pepper in the sauce.
