Asian-Style Ham Sandwich
Ingredients:
| 1/3 cup | FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard | 75 mL |
| 3/4 cup | Asian sesame-ginger salad dressing | 175 mL |
| 1/4 cup | soy sauce | 50 mL |
| 6 tbsp | mayonnaise, divided | 90 mL |
| 6 | French rolls, split and toasted (6"/15 cm) | 6 |
| 1 1/4 lb | thinly sliced deli fresh ham, heated | 625 g |
| 1 1/2 cup | shredded carrots | 375 mL |
| 3 | jalapenos, seeded and thinly sliced | 3 |
| 1 1/2 cup | thinly sliced cucumber | 375 mL |
| 1 1/2 cup | sliced red onion | 375 mL |
| 12 | cilantro sprigs | 12 |
Directions:
COMBINE mustard, sesame dressing and soy sauce in bowl and whisk to blend; set aside.
SPREAD 1 tbsp (15 mL) mayonnaise on bottom half of each roll. Top each with 3 to 4 slices ham, 2 tbsp (30 mL) Asian mustard dressing, 1/4 cup (50 mL) each cucumber, red onion and 2 sprigs cilantro. Cover with top half of roll.
SERVE each sandwich with 2 tbsp (30 mL) additional Asian mustard dressing on the side.
Tips:
Replace ham with chicken or smoked turkey.
