Asian Steak Salad

Ingredients:

2/3 cup FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard 150 mL
½ cup water 125 mL
¼ cup reduced sodium teriyaki sauce 50 mL
2 tbsp honey 30 mL
2 tbsp grated peeled ginger 30 mL
1 tsp minced garlic 5 mL
1 med yellow or orange bell pepper, thinly sliced 1 med
1 lb boneless sirloin or flank steak 500 g
8 cup mixed salad greens, washed and torn 2 mL
2 green onions, thinly shredded 2
¼ cup chopped dry roasted peanuts 50 mL

Directions:

COMBINE mustard, water, teriyaki sauce, honey, ginger and garlic in small bowl. Pour 1 cup (250 mL) dressing into small serving bowl.

BROIL or grill steak 10 min. or until desired doneness, basting with remaining 1/2 cup (125 mL) dressing. Let stand 5 min.

SLICE steak. Serve over salad greens. Top with bell pepper, green onions and peanuts. Drizzle with reserved dressing.

Tips:

Mandarin oranges are a festive addition.
