Asian Steak Salad
Ingredients:
| 2/3 cup | FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard | 150 mL |
| ½ cup | water | 125 mL |
| ¼ cup | reduced sodium teriyaki sauce | 50 mL |
| 2 tbsp | honey | 30 mL |
| 2 tbsp | grated peeled ginger | 30 mL |
| 1 tsp | minced garlic | 5 mL |
| 1 med | yellow or orange bell pepper, thinly sliced | 1 med |
| 1 lb | boneless sirloin or flank steak | 500 g |
| 8 cup | mixed salad greens, washed and torn | 2 mL |
| 2 | green onions, thinly shredded | 2 |
| ¼ cup | chopped dry roasted peanuts | 50 mL |
Directions:
COMBINE mustard, water, teriyaki sauce, honey, ginger and garlic in small bowl. Pour 1 cup (250 mL) dressing into small serving bowl.
BROIL or grill steak 10 min. or until desired doneness, basting with remaining 1/2 cup (125 mL) dressing. Let stand 5 min.
SLICE steak. Serve over salad greens. Top with bell pepper, green onions and peanuts. Drizzle with reserved dressing.
Tips:
Mandarin oranges are a festive addition.
